To succeed as the Accounting Supervisor, you should have:        

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a strong foundation in financial reporting and compliance standards
• 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial management, or corporate finance roles, preferably within retail, distribution, or trading industries
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, payroll processing, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
• Solid understanding of local financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements; ability to communicate effectively in English for business operations

Your responsibilities as the Financial Supervisor will include:        

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting accuracy
• Prepare and submit payroll processing and sales tax filings in compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Oversee bookkeeping functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial data reconciliation
• Develop and maintain financial systems, internal controls, and accounting procedures to ensure compliance and scalability
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and audit preparation to support business strategy and operational efficiency
