To thrive, you should have:        

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AV or field services.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, equipment, and installation processes is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP, CTS, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
• Ability to succeed in a fully remote position. 

Your responsibilities as the Project Manager will include:        

• Plan, coordinate, and manage AV field service projects from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Partner with a dedicated project coordinator to schedule and oversee field technicians to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues remotely.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all projects.
