To thrive, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AV or field services.
- Strong understanding of AV systems, equipment, and installation processes is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP, CTS, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
- Ability to succeed in a fully remote position.
Your responsibilities as the Project Manager will include:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage AV field service projects from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Partner with a dedicated project coordinator to schedule and oversee field technicians to ensure timely and quality installations.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues remotely.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all projects.
