Talent Acquisition Manager – Remote

To succeed as the Talent Acquisition Manager, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field; Master’s or HR certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Solid proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), employer branding, recruitment marketing, and DEI hiring strategies.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to recruitment metrics, strategic decision-making, and team management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel required, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Your responsibilities as the Talent Acquisition Manager will include:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and coordinating onboarding.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align hiring needs with business goals and team dynamics.
- Manage and mentor the recruiting team, setting goals, tracking performance metrics, and providing coaching for professional growth.
- Champion the employer brand and ensure compliance, delivering a consistent, engaging candidate experience while adhering to labor laws and industry regulations.
