As our Nurse Practitioner, you should have:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York and/or Florida, or eligibility for multi-state licensure.
- 6+ years of clinical experience, ideally within orthopedics, sports medicine, or musculoskeletal-focused care.
- National NP certification required (ANCC or AANP).
- Ability to comply with the Nurse Practice Acts and scope of practice regulations in both Florida and New York.
- Compliance with state-required fingerprinting and background checks is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical diagnostics, patient education, imaging interpretation, and mobility or functional assessments.
- Polished communication and decision-guiding abilities suited to high-net-worth and athletic populations, with flexibility to travel between New York and Miami as needed.
Your responsibilities as the Nurse Practitioner will include:
- Lead initial patient consultations, performing MSK-focused exams and comprehensive diagnostic intakes.
- Serve as the primary medical and concierge touchpoint, educating patients on the care philosophy, services, and treatment pathways.
- Confidently guide qualified patients into scheduled physician consults through clear, empathetic communication.
- Oversee and support advanced diagnostic experiences, including imaging, motion analysis, and ultrasound evaluations (training provided).
- Collaborate with physicians to synthesize findings, coordinate next steps, and document care within the EHR while maintaining a luxury concierge standard across all interactions.
