Marketing Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and coordinating marketing efforts to promote our client’s educational programs, conferences, partnerships, publications and community initiatives.

To thrive, you should have:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of marketing and communications experience within healthcare, medical, scientific, nonprofit, or association environments.
• Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, website management, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and audience engagement initiatives.
• Strong project management, writing, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing technologies and analytics, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, attribution models, A/B testing, data privacy regulations, and marketing performance reporting.
• Proficiency with modern marketing and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Tableau, Looker, Zapier, and AI-powered marketing solutions, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies and best practices.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10–15% for in-person meetings, workshops, or scientific conferences.
Your responsibilities as the Marketing Manager will include:
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing, communications, and public relations strategies that increase organizational visibility, engagement, program participation, and revenue while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Manage multi-channel content and digital marketing initiatives, including websites, email campaigns, social media, paid advertising, webinars, publications, and multimedia assets, while optimizing performance through SEO, audience targeting, and conversion-focused strategies.
• Own marketing analytics and performance measurement by establishing KPIs, tracking campaign effectiveness, analyzing audience engagement and attribution data, and delivering actionable insights to leadership and the board.
• Coordinate marketing operations, budgets, workflows, and vendor relationships by managing project timelines, developing standard operating procedures, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, volunteers, partners, and external vendors to strengthen organizational communications, expand global reach, and effectively translate complex clinical and research information into clear, audience-focused messaging.
