To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of project management experience in healthcare, clinical research, academic medicine, or nonprofit settings.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across international teams, with solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with clinical trials, biostatistics, or data-driven research initiatives; interest in kidney health or rare diseases is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse scientific, regulatory, and professional audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with flexibility for occasional U.S. and international travel (10-15%).
Your responsibilities as the Project Manager will include:
- Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, and deliverables while coordinating input from global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Plan and manage scientific workshops, advisory sessions, and virtual/in-person meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up.
- Support data integration efforts, foster collaboration among researchers and regulators, and onboard partners to advance scientific goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, sponsors, and the nephrology community to promote project outcomes and impact.
- Develop outreach strategies, create accessible content, ensure consistent messaging, and track performance metrics to demonstrate progress and visibility.
