To succeed as the Executive Assistant, you should have:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience, with 2–4 years in administrative, executive support, or coordination roles.
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and cloud-based document systems, with the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational, tracking, and communication skills, with careful attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams, preferably in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations, with the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and navigate professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities as the Executive Assistant will include:
- Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the CEO and senior staff, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas and materials.
- Track and manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables for projects and organizational workstreams, maintaining documentation and shared resources.
- Support governance and committee operations, including preparation of materials, meeting support, and tracking action items for follow-through.
- Assist with internal communications, coordination across teams, and the maintenance or improvement of processes, systems, and organizational workflows.
