Executive Assistant – Part-Time – 24 - 32 hours/week
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit advancing patient-centered healthcare value assessment, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to support executive leadership and strategic operations. In this role, you will manage high-level scheduling, coordinate executive communications, and support governance and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s priorities are executed efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with board members, funders, and healthcare industry partners.

To thrive as the Executive Assistant, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, nonprofit management, healthcare administration, or related field
- 3–5+ years of executive assistant, administrative support, or nonprofit operations experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
- Proficiency in business software tools, including Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, project management platforms (Asana), and CRM systems (Glue-Up or similar)
- Solid professional communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to coordinate U.S.-based remote teams and occasional travel logistics
Your responsibilities as the Executive Assistant will include:
- Manage executive calendar operations, optimizing CEO scheduling, prioritization, and time management across nonprofit leadership, healthcare stakeholders, and policy partners
- Coordinate high-level meetings with board members, funders, sponsors, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless virtual meeting logistics and communication workflows
- Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas, and documentation to support strategic decision-making and governance activities
- Oversee administrative operations, including digital file management, CRM tracking, and project coordination, using tools like Asana, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Support nonprofit governance functions by organizing board meetings, and advisory committees
