Receptionist
The Receptionist ensures daily operations run smoothly utilizing communication opportunities as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors and callers. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are a must in this administrative support role.
Requirements:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle customer service inquiries.
- Professionally greet visitors ensuring they receive a positive and helpful experience.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve as the vendor contact and maintain vendor contact log.
- Provide administrative back up to other admins in the building to include assisting with miscellaneous admin projects as needed.
- Coordinate, log incoming/outgoing mail, packages and distribution.
- Maintain inventory and facility orders as well as mailroom supplies.
- Assist Facilities Manager with special events as needed.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in an office or corporate environment is preferred.
