Construction Project Manager
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager (PM) to play a critical role in ensuring a construction project is completed successfully, on time, and within budget. They oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication among stakeholders, while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

To thrive, you should have:
- 3+ years of solid project management experience in commercial interiors construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and contract/subcontract documents.
- OSHA 30 + 10-hour NY SST training required, with additional certifications as needed; commitment to safety compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project, Outlook, and Bluebeam, with solid technical and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and adapt to changing project demands.
Your responsibilities as the Construction Project Manager will include:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to align project goals and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee procurement of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
- Manage subcontractor contracts, bids, and on-site work while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Supervise and support project staff, including hiring, performance management, and fostering a productive team environment.
