If you have experience setting up CNC Vertical Milling Centers and are looking for a stable, growth-focused environment, we want to hear from you. We’re hiring a CNC Mill Setup Technician to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for independently setting up and operating CNC Vertical Milling Centers (VMCs), ensuring the precision and quality of parts that support industries with the highest performance standards. Your technical skill and attention to detail will be essential to our continued success.

As our CNC Mill Setup Technician, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience setting up CNC Vertical Milling Centers
- Strong understanding of G-code, blueprint reading, and tolerance standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Your responsibilities as the CNC Mill Setup Technician will include:
- Setting up CNC VMCs and ensuring parts meet specifications
- Reading blueprints and interpreting geometric tolerances
- Verifying part quality during and after setup
- Training machine operators to run jobs post-setup
- Performing light preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintaining safety procedures and documentation of work
