Marketing and Communications Associate

Prosperity Advisors and Prosperity Network of Advisors, a growing financial services and wealth management organization, are seeking a Marketing and Communications Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support integrated marketing campaigns, brand communications, and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen client relationships, engage financial advisors, and elevate the firm’s presence across social media, events, and marketing channels. You will collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage marketing collateral, coordinate campaigns, and ensure all communications remain professional, compliant, and aligned with our mission to help clients live confidently and advisors grow successfully.

To succeed, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field, with interest in financial services, wealth management, or professional services marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital design and content tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in managing social media marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and email marketing systems to support digital marketing campaigns and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects, coordinate campaigns and events, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative business environment.

Your responsibilities as a Marketing and Communications Associate will include:

• Edit and prepare client communications, newsletters, marketing collateral, and presentation materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with financial services marketing standards.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and marketing distributions, maintain campaign calendars, and track timelines to support integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media marketing across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Support internal communications and event marketing, including advisor updates, firm announcements, and promotional materials for client and advisor programs.
• Conduct marketing analytics and market research, compiling reports on campaign performance, website traffic, audience engagement, and industry trends to inform marketing strategy.
