We are seeking a talented Tax Advisor who’ll be a key part of our collaborative financial advisory team, delivering high-quality tax expertise to both individual and business clients. Your work will integrate closely with our wealth managers, creating comprehensive strategies that align tax planning with clients’ broader financial goals.

To succeed, you should have:
- CPA designation (or actively pursuing) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in tax planning, preparation, and compliance, including individual returns (high-net-worth client experience a plus)
- Solid technical tax knowledge with proficiency in tax software (Intuit ProConnect preferred)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional ethics with a client-first mindset
Your responsibilities as a Tax Advisor will include:
- Prepare personal, business, trust, and estate tax returns, projections, and estimates
- Meet with clients to provide tax planning strategies, guidance, and support
- Collaborate with wealth managers on the tax impact of financial and investment strategies
- Address complex tax matters and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Monitor tax law changes, communicate updates, and maintain accurate client records
