To succeed, you should have:        

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, with 10+ years in heavy civil construction operations, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Solid knowledge of civil construction, engineering, and management, with experience leading teams across field and office environments.
• Solid hands-on financial and operational skills, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and production oversight.
• OSHA 30 Certification required (or must obtain within 3 months); PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed and effective communication skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities as the Operations Manager/Senior Construction Manager will include:        

• Collaborate with executive leadership to set and execute business objectives, standardize SOPs, and drive client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across construction, engineering, and management functions.
• Ensure efficient project execution, quality, safety, cost control, and adherence to schedules
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, contract compliance, and risk mitigation practices to protect profitability.
• Support market expansion, proposals, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
