They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who will, under indirect supervision, lead and manage their sales and marketing operations, driving growth, expanding market reach, and reinforcing brand strength in highly technical and regulated sectors.

To succeed as the Sales & Marketing Manager, you should have:
- High school education or equivalent, with a bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
- Solid five or more years of experience in the aerospace or medical device industries, including supervisory responsibilities.
- General knowledge of industrial sales practices and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with computers, including Windows 11, office automation tools, and MRP/ERP systems.
Your responsibilities as the Sales & Marketing Manager will include:
- Acquire new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships while supporting quoting and sales processes.
- Lead marketing and market research activities to strengthen brand presence and competitiveness.
- Supervise sales teams and coordinate resources, including trade show participation.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior leadership.
