As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll enter all the details of the inventory accurately, handle shipping and receiving, and support our showroom and office operations. To thrive as a Data Entry Specialist, you should have:        

• A high school diploma or GED is required; 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, Photoshop, and Edge POS; strong math and basic data entry skills.

Your responsibilities as the Data Entry Specialist will include:

• Enter inventory details and prepare accurate product photos and descriptions for website listings.        
• Receive, log, and perform quality control on all incoming inventory and packages, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders.
• Price, label, and assign merchandise locations according to company guidelines and inventory worksheets.
• Manage shipping and receiving operations for all incoming and outgoing packages.
• Support daily operations by assisting with phone calls, customer needs, store supply runs, and inventory audits.
