Job Superintendent – Construction

To be successful, you should have:        

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience, focusing on renovation projects.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, managing schedules, and using project management software.
• OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Solid communication skills; must be able to travel locally within the Triangle region as needed.

Your responsibilities as the Job Superintendent will include:        

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring subcontractors perform work according to project plans and specifications from start to punch list completion.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure job site.
• Coordinate regularly with Program Managers and the Property Management Group to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Represent our client professionally on-site, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and upholding company standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely daily logs using project management software to document progress and site activities.
