As the Coordinator of Corporate Partnerships, you will manage and nurture key relationships with our corporate partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction through timely communication and benefit fulfillment. You will submit sponsorship and grant requests, track deliverables, and support the execution of partnership agreements. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, bringing strong strategic thinking, project management, and customer service skills. You will play a vital role in sustaining and growing our corporate support, contributing directly to the organization’s mission and impact.
To be successful, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–4 years in a similar or related role.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, clinical trials, and drug development is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Salesforce and project management certification a plus.
- Ability to work 9 am–5 pm ET, with flexibility for some evenings/weekends and up to 25% domestic/international travel.
Your responsibilities as the Coordinator of Corporate Partnerships will include:
- Manage and track delivery of sponsor benefits, coordinate internally across departments, and produce quarterly stewardship and impact reports.
- Serve as primary contact for corporate partners, maintain strong relationships, gather feedback, and support strategic engagement efforts.
- Prepare and submit timely applications, track funding processes and deadlines, and compile required documentation.
- Review contracts, manage invoicing and payment follow-up, and ensure data accuracy in internal systems like Salesforce.
- Coordinate partner involvement at key conferences and meetings, develop briefing materials, and manage logistics and communications.
