Director of Sales, Americas

Remerge is seeking a Director of Sales, Americas, to lead and scale its Account Executive team while driving strategic new business growth across the region. This is a unique player-coach opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams, building predictable revenue engines, and personally closing strategic deals.
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between executive leadership and the Account Executive team, establishing the coaching, accountability, and pipeline discipline needed to drive sustainable growth. You'll combine hands-on sales leadership with ownership of key strategic accounts, ensuring both individual and team success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Our comprehensive rewards package includes:
- Competitive Compensation: On-target earnings (OTE) range from $230,000–$310,000 annually, which includes a base salary of $115,000–$155,000. Final compensation based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

Qualifications:
- 8–12+ years in digital advertising, AdTech, mobile DSP, programmatic, or performance marketing.
- 3–5+ years leading quota-carrying Account Executive teams.
- Proven success in a player-coach role, balancing team leadership with individual sales responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, attribution, MMPs, and SKAdNetwork.
- Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, CRM’s , and sales execution.
- Demonstrated success prospecting, developing pipeline, and closing net-new business.
- Experience selling to performance marketers, app advertisers, agencies, and mobile-first brands.
- Analytical, data-driven, and experienced in high-growth environments.
- Hands-on sales leader who inspires and develops talent and drives accountability.
- Strategic and disciplined operator focused on growth, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Responsibilities as a Sales Director include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Account Executives through structured coaching, professional development and performance management.
- Drive consistent quota attainment and sales execution across the Americas region.
- Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and CRM to ensure predictable revenue performance.
- Personally manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and lead full-cycle sales efforts to drive net-new revenue.
- Oversee onboarding and early customer success for newly acquired accounts, ensuring strong handoffs and retention.
- Support complex deal cycles by removing obstacles, coaching sales strategies, and accelerating deal progression.
- Partner closely with Ad Operations, Product, Marketing, and leadership teams to improve client outcomes and support revenue growth.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the pipeline and implement proactive strategies to improve performance.
- Build scalable sales processes that support long-term regional growth.
