Project Manager – Remote

To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of project management experience; Master’s degree and PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in higher education, ideally at an HBCU, MSI, or institution serving under-resourced students
- Solid skills in strategic planning, agile project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends; proximity to NYC or DC office preferred
Your responsibilities as the Project Manager will include:
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with sponsors to define project goals, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving requirements
- Develop and maintain clear project documentation, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
