Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Cobalt.
- Solid technical aptitude and ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Your responsibilities as IT Specialist will include:
- Act as the CRM system's primary internal expert and support contact, ensuring data integrity and improving workflow.
- Manage website and digital content updates, coordinating with staff and troubleshooting fundamental issues.
- Set up and support hardware and technology, including troubleshooting and inventory management.
- Collaborate with external vendors and support teams for escalated CRM and website issues.
- Provide general office support, including handling calls, emails, data entry, and assisting team members.
