Senior Outside Sales Account Executive – Western Region

As a highly motivated and experienced outside sales account executive, you will cover the Western United States. Utilizing your proven track record in software sales, particularly ERP solutions, you drive sales of our client’s industrial software and services suite. Since this is a remote role, you must be a self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Executive-level interaction experience in value-selling will be essential for your success.
To thrive as our Sr Outside Sales Account Executive, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, focusing on ERP solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
With your arsenal of skills and talents, you will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the Western U.S. territory.
- Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Executive Presentations & Product Demonstrations
- Manage sales processes, including demonstrations and presentations to showcase Infor CloudSuite Industrial software.
Proposal Development and Negotiation
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales deals.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback for product management and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and strategies.
