To succeed, you should have:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, executive coordination, or accounting operations in a technical or engineering environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and QuickBooks; strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and communication skills
Your responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant will include:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and COO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations
- Review and manage financial and executive documentation for accuracy, formatting, and alignment with SharePoint work orders
- Support accounting operations, including QuickBooks job closeouts, expense reports, and employee timecard verification
- Maintain organized document control systems, company records, inventory tracking, and equipment logs
- Oversee NDT equipment tracking and calibration programs to ensure compliance and operational readiness
