Impact Systems & Evaluation Manager
San Antonio, TX – Hybrid - 3 days per week in office, with an established schedule.
National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB), a national network of 200+ CDFIs and economic development nonprofits, is seeking an Impact Systems & Evaluation Manager to drive our data strategy, performance measurement, and program evaluation initiatives. In this role, you will lead the selection and implementation of a new organization-wide CRM and data management system, design dashboards and data visualizations, analyze program outputs and outcomes, and translate metrics into compelling impact reporting and storytelling that demonstrates measurable results for Latino economic development and community impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, evidence-based evaluation, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 3+ years in data analysis, program evaluation, and community economic development; experience serving low-to-moderate income and diverse communities preferred.
- Solid technical expertise in CRM and evaluation database systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to analyze and present qualitative and quantitative data for strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to design and implement evaluation frameworks, track program outcomes, and translate metrics into impact reporting and storytelling for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders; highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and willing to travel up to 10%.
Your key responsibilities as the Impact Systems & Evaluation Manager will include:
- Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of NALCAB’s CRM and enterprise data management systems to streamline data collection, storage, and reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards, performance metrics, and data visualizations to inform program evaluation, impact measurement, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize evaluation methodologies, improve data quality, and support evidence-based program design.
- Provide technical assistance, track organizational outputs and outcomes, and support resource development to demonstrate measurable impact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of data-driven learning by training staff on data literacy, monitoring and evaluation practices, and promoting best practices in nonprofit impact assessment.
