Shipment Receiving Clerk

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for all shipping and receiving activities. You will ensure that all incoming materials and products are received and inspected promptly. You will also ensure that all outbound shipments are accurately picked, properly packed, and delivered promptly.
To be successful, you should have:
- A high school diploma (required).
- 2–3 years of warehouse experience with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Certified to ship hazardous goods or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience in medical device environments is a plus
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel

Your responsibilities as the Shipment Receiving Clerk will include:
- Receive and inspect shipments by verifying incoming materials against purchase orders, labeling raw materials, and processing RMAs and non-production parts.
- Prepare and ship orders accurately and on time, including packaging, palletizing, and handling lithium batteries per regulations.
- Manage inventory by organizing materials, updating Kanban boards, replenishing bins, and maintaining clean, orderly storage areas.
- Coordinate workflow by communicating with team members, supporting material flow, and assisting manufacturing with packaging and material handling.
- Support additional operations, including backing up order processing and assisting with various manufacturing tasks.
