To thrive as the Director of Operations, you should have:
- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing configurable products, including managing a manufacturing team and implementing process improvements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, NetSuite preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business, or equivalent experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed, with solid communication and team collaboration skills.
Your responsibilities as the Director of Operations will include:
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations across all operations.
- Oversee supply chain and production processes, including procurement, manufacturing, sub-assemblies, and final product delivery, while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive continuous process improvement and standardization to enhance efficiency, product quality, and operational scalability.
- Optimize inventory management and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support timely delivery and operational effectiveness.
