Regional Sales Manager – Texas
Remote with 50% - 75% travel

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead efforts to design and execute sales, marketing, and financial strategies that empower our partners to grow their businesses while integrating NeoVolta products into their operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales success in high-tech industries.
- At least 2 years of solar B2B sales experience.
- Background in solar, energy storage, technology, or building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Excel; skilled in territory planning, contract negotiation, and sales management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license with 50% - 75% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; advanced experience may substitute.
Your responsibilities as the Regional Sales Manager will include:
- Drive new installer partnerships and build long-term, high-value relationships.
- Collaborate with installers, dealers, and distributors to expand demand and integration of NeoVolta solutions.
- Manage partner accounts to secure agreements, launch products, deliver training, and address operational needs.
- Co-develop business strategies with partners, while providing accurate forecasting and market intelligence.
- Oversee installer network performance, track pipelines and conversion metrics, and ensure sales targets are met.
