Director of Franchise Sales

They’re now seeking a results-driven Director of Franchise Sales to lead franchise network growth by managing the sales pipeline and securing aligned partnerships. You will also support the VP of Franchise Development in executing strategic expansion initiatives efficiently. With over 400 units currently open, including more than 100 in the U.S. and more than 500 territories available, this role offers significant opportunity for growth and expansion.

To succeed, you should have:
- 3–5 years of franchise sales experience, preferably in home services or retail, with a proven record of exceeding targets and generating leads.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of franchise compliance and documentation, including Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) interpretation and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools for effective pipeline and lead management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel for expos, networking events, and franchise development meetings.
Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Director of Franchise Sales will include:
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential franchise partners through lead generation, sales presentations, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Develop and present franchise proposals, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with senior leadership to close deals.
- Coordinate franchise confirmation events, webinars, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth post-sale transitions.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems, track sales performance, and provide detailed reporting on franchise pipeline and conversions.
- Support the VP of Franchise Development administratively and represent the company at expos, discovery days, and industry events.
