CNC Machinist

To thrive as a CNC Machinist, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer / CNC Setup Operator in a precision manufacturing environment, with hands-on expertise in CNC setup, machining operations, and troubleshooting; experience with PartMaker or similar CAD/CAM software preferred
- Solid ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T, with proven skills in tight-tolerance machining, quality inspection, and production documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions, multitask, and solve complex machining problems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with a professional, mentoring approach; ability to work safely in a high-production environment (no travel required; English proficiency required for technical comprehension and workplace communication)
Your responsibilities as the CNC Machinist will include:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T to produce precision-machined components
- Monitor machining processes, perform inspections, and adjust tooling/offsets to ensure tight-tolerance manufacturing and consistent quality
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and repair coordination
- Document production data, tooling, and quality records, including updates in the Visual Manufacturing System
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, uphold safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives
