Executive Management Consultant
We are currently seeking an Executive Management Consultant to join our team. As the Middle Market client advocate and strategic partner, provides timely advice around the company’s products and services that best meet client’s business needs. This position leads and guides others in leveraging opportunities to set up the client for success by delivery of solutions that positively impact the client's business and creates client loyalty.

Part of our mission is to help our Middle Market clients become the best they can be by understanding their unique challenges and integrating relevant human capital/human resources solutions that accelerate their potential.
Responsibilities:
• We define the Insperity-Client partnership utilizing the Client Roadmap, Engagement Plan, and Mutual Communication & Escalation Framework. This ensures all key decision makers and client "buyer" relationships are on even footing during the onboarding process.
• Possesses thorough understanding of client’s business and goals in order to deliver appropriate solutions that drive ROI.
• Escalates complex client issues working at the Insperity Director level and above. Following through to resolution, ensuring appropriate communication to all involved parties prior to offering solution to client. Must adjust effectively while working with different clients who have different structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
• Manages client initiatives, requiring frequent engagement with C-suite and multiple layers/KDMs of the client organization is the expectation. Serves as a strategy partner for both client leadership and internal Insperity leadership by ensuring accountability, focus, and adaptability. This could include candid conversations with high-level leaders about roadblocks that would delay business goals, facilitating re-alignment conversations, and marshalling resources to adapt strategy.
• Partners with client and internal groups to understand the technical needs required to support client operations. Requires the ability to translate a client need into a technical request and then communicate the Insperity capabilities in support of the client goals. Assisting with custom reports and data delivery may be required to ensure interoperability between client’s and Insperity’s software solutions.
• Collaborates closely with C-level executives and private equity (PE) leaders. A strong grasp of the Private Equity 3-5 year cycle is required to proactively and reactively provide Insperity’s value, including HR Organizational Development, Talent Development, and Gap Analysis.
• Positions services and timely solutions by consulting with client executives, gaining commitment and coordinating implementation timelines. Partners with the service team and internal departments to facilitate delivery of standard and customized services in a way that is appropriately sequenced to match client readiness and capacity.
• Meets regularly with the internal teams that support all enterprise clients to share opportunities and challenges so that we look for solutions that can be applied across our book of business and not only at an individual client level. Develops collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Effectively articulates and translates client goals and strategies to internal teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration is required. Master’s Degree in related field is preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in related field is required.
• Must have experience building and managing relationships with senior leaders with varying styles in client organizations.
• Must have demonstrated experience in applying financial, industry, and market trends to client situations.
• Must have demonstrated multi-account/matrix environment management experience.
• Prior consulting or leadership experience with organizations who have at least 500 employees or Insperity MidMarket Account Executive experience is required.
Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is $124,400 to $138,500.
