What you’ll do:
As the Communications and Marketing Manager, you will manage and enhance the digital presence of the Organic Trade Association and The Organic Center by leading social media strategy, data analytics, website maintenance, and graphic design. You will oversee the execution, measurement, and technical maintenance of digital campaigns, ensuring seamless communication across various digital platforms. Collaborating closely with the Director of Industry Marketing and Communications and the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will focus on strategy, reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues while supporting engagement and visibility for both organizations.
To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3+ years in digital marketing, social media management, and web content management.
- Proficiency in website maintenance (Drupal or other CMS), Google Analytics, social media analytics, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sprout Social).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with experience in graphic design for digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (preferred), and a passion for sustainability and organic products.
Your responsibilities as the Communications and Marketing Manager will include:
- Develop and execute email campaigns, troubleshoot platform issues, and provide technical support for website and email systems.
- Create and implement strategies across platforms, schedule content, analyze performance, and engage with the online community.
- Monitor and evaluate digital campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Update and manage website content, coordinate design improvements, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Design visuals for social media, websites, and email campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
