IT PC Helpdesk Specialist – Hybrid
$24-$30 per hour DOE
Liberty Bank and Trust is seeking a top-notch, project-oriented IT PC Helpdesk Specialist who provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to questions either in person or over the phone and address Track-It tickets for internal customers seeking help. You will install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, and IP phones. Additionally, you will support Core Banking applications and assist in ensuring that cybersecurity measures, including those through endpoints, are in place and up to date.

As the IT PC Helpdesk Specialist, you should have:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related IT support/desktop support experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Windows (including Active Directory)
- Solid understanding of computer components (CPUs, RAM, hard drives) and peripherals, basic networking troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs), and a firm grasp of security protocols and antivirus software.
- Please note: travel will be required approximately 30% of the time.
Your Responsibilities as the IT PC Helpdesk Specialist will include:
- Provide technical support to Liberty Bank employees via Help Desk, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain key systems such as ATM alerts, Outlook 365, and Core Banking applications to ensure uptime and functionality.
- Manage user accounts through Active Directory, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and handling user modification forms.
- Set up and maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, IP phones, voicemail) and administer the Track-It system for work orders and inventory.
- Support cybersecurity and IT operations by assisting with Security Awareness training and ensuring endpoint security measures are up to date.
